Chef Joe Coletto
has been in the food and hospitality industry
for over twenty years, having worked at some
of the areas top restaurants. Over the last
2.5 years, he was the executive chef for the
Cheesecake Factory. Previously, he was
culinary director for the highly admired Legal
Sea Foods. |

I’ve worked for Ron for about eight years (wow –
that’s pretty long!) I enjoy working here – we are
all pretty close…like family. |

lived in Wellington for twenty-seven years,
worked for Ron six years. While working for
Ron, I got married and had a child. The people
I work with are like family – we’ve built a
relationship outside of work. I really enjoy
coming to work. |

– it’s wonderful! I was born in raised in Miami;
Wellington has been my home now for seven years. As
a recent Northwood University graduate, I was hired
to be the marketing manager at Nicole’s. Love it!

daughter, Mia Brown, and am engaged to B.J. Brown. I
am currently attending PBCC for Radiology and

in Florida and am happy to say that I’ve worked here
since it opened. While working here, I graduated
from nursing school as a R.N., but I love my job so
much that I haven’t made a career of it yet…….We’ll
